All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
US Domestic Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days after orders are placed. Packages are shipped via USPS.
International Shipping
International shipping rates can vary based on your location, customs processing, and local postal services.
However, at this time, I do not ship internationally. Please check back here or subscribe to my newsletter for any shipping updates.
Arrival
We do not guarantee the arrival time of shipments. Once we release packages to the carrier, all responsibility for it’s safe and timely arrival is transferred to the shipping company. If an order is lost, we can assist you in tracking your package. We are not responsible for replacing a package that is lost or stolen once a shipping confirmation has been obtained.
Returns
Product Return Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds unless the bottle has somehow been damaged. If this is the case, please contact us with a description and photo of the damaged items and we will do everything we can to assist you.
Service Refund Policy
Refunds will not be given for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice).
